Terms of Service

Last updated: 22 October 2026. These terms govern use of the Sightscreen product and the public website at sightscreen.dilraf.com. Sightscreen is a product of Dilraf (dilraf.com). Contact: sightscreen@dilraf.com.

1. Agreement

By accessing the website, requesting a demo, signing in to a club desk or app, or otherwise using Sightscreen, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy and Cookies notice.

If you use Sightscreen on behalf of a club, you confirm you are authorised to bind that club. The club is responsible for its members, scorers and administrators.

2. The service

Sightscreen provides cricket club software: membership, live scoring, competitions, auctions, a scorer desk, a member app and a pavilion TV board, as described on the website and in your plan. Features marked “coming” are not yet available.

Each subscribed club receives an isolated database. Dilraf hosts the service unless you take an On-premise arrangement under a separate quote.

3. Accounts and access

Club administrators issue membership numbers and PINs (or equivalent credentials). You must keep credentials confidential and tell the club promptly if they are compromised. Dilraf may suspend access that appears abusive, insecure or unpaid after notice where reasonably possible.

The public “Demo club sign-in” is a demonstration instance only. It may be reset. Do not put production member data there.

4. Acceptable use

You must not: attempt to access another club’s data; disrupt the service; reverse-engineer the product except as allowed by law; use the service for unlawful content; or scrape or overload the APIs beyond normal club use. Clubs must not use Sightscreen to send spam.

5. Data and ownership

The club owns its club data (members, matches, scorecards and uploads). Dilraf processes that data to provide the service. You may export data as the product allows. On ending a subscription, Dilraf provides a reasonable window to export before deletion, as described in the Privacy Policy.

Dilraf owns the Sightscreen software, branding and documentation. These terms do not transfer intellectual property in the product to you.

6. Fees and plans

Paid plans and currencies are shown on the pricing section of the website (launch card valid to the date stated there). Taxes: PKR, USD and AED prices exclude tax; GBP prices include VAT unless we say otherwise. Setup fees, where shown, are one-off. On-premise licences and maintenance are quoted separately.

Unpaid invoices after a grace period may pause access. We do not delete club data without notice solely for non-payment during that grace period.

7. Cancellation, termination and refunds

You may cancel a paid plan at any time by emailing sightscreen@dilraf.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period unless we agree otherwise in writing. You retain access until that date.

Dilraf may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these terms, unpaid fees after notice, or conduct that threatens the security or integrity of the service or another club’s data. Where reasonably possible we will give notice and a chance to remedy.

Either party may end a free plan at any time. On ending a subscription, Dilraf provides a reasonable window to export club data before deletion, as described in the Privacy Policy.

Refunds and cooling-off for new paid plans are set out on the Refunds page. That page is part of these terms for billing purposes.

8. Availability and changes

We aim for continuous availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Match-day scoring needs a network connection. We may update the product, these terms and the Privacy Policy; material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

9. Liability

Sightscreen is provided for club administration and scoring. Dilraf is not responsible for umpiring decisions, competition outcomes or third-party networks at the ground. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dilraf’s total liability arising from the service in any twelve-month period is limited to the fees you paid Dilraf for that period (or PKR 50,000 if you are on a free plan). Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be limited by law.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Courts in Pakistan have exclusive jurisdiction, except that Dilraf may seek injunctive relief in any jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property or the security of the service.
