Delete your Sightscreen account
In the app
- Sign in to the Sightscreen app with your club code, membership number and PIN.
- Open the Account menu (profile icon).
- Choose Delete account.
- Enter your PIN and confirm with Delete account.
Cancel (or Back) leaves your account unchanged.
If you cannot use the app
If you have forgotten your PIN or uninstalled the app, email sightscreen@dilraf.com from the email address registered on the account. State your club name and membership number. Dilraf verifies the request with the club and processes it within 30 days.
What is deleted
Deleting your account permanently removes your ability to sign in and clears personal details held on the account: name, email, phone, membership number, PIN, profile photo, and related device notification preferences. The account is deactivated.
What is kept and why
Match, ball-by-ball and statistics records stay in the club’s history, attributed to Deleted member, so the club’s scorebook remains intact. Technical server logs needed to operate and secure the service may be retained for a limited operational period.
Club administrators
If you are the only active administrator for the club, transfer the administrator role to another person before deleting your account. The app and API refuse deletion until that is done.
